Activity: 02.08 - Execute Preparation Plans For Staff Transfer

The objective of this activity is to execute preparation plans for the staff transfer: both the Staff Transfer Preparation Plan and the Staff Transfer Communication Plan. The actual transfer of staff due to a legal obligation would normally take place at Service Commencement. This could be a big bang or a Service Commencement in waves, depending on the proposed solution to the Client.

This activity includes tasks related to the execution of individual conversion of rights and the job offer process, the actual staff transfer planning and the planned integration into Capgemini. Furthermore it contains all communication tasks, both at group level and at individual level.

These tasks are executed during the Implementation phase and they prepare for the actual staff transfer which could be instantly at the Service Commencement(s).
